Everyone loves to learn from textbooks. Some ways are better than others though. One thing about learning out of a textbook is don't rely on highlighting. People highlight when they want to come back and learn the information later. The best way to learn out of a textbook is to write notes in the margin of the book as u go.
A Multicultural society to an individual is very important. An individual can learn so much from other cultures. The world is becoming more and more diverse and to have an understanding of the people in the world you need to interact with them.
The most important thing that I took from chapters 14-17 was how to manage your money and making a budget. A budget would be a very useful thing especially for a college student. well see you later

Nice writing here. I agree--really need to make your texts your own. Write in them. Add to them. Contextualize them. Eat them. Need to really digest the material, ultimately, in the way that works the best for you.

We'll have a guest speaker from a valuable resource you have at your disposal, an office called "From Red to Black." It's a "help with your budget" office on campus.
